Cosmic inertia (CI) is a reaction to the unending compression of Ultrons (www.101123.com/U) (exotic "dark" matter (www.101123.com/DM)).

For every force there is an equal and opposite force.

Cosmic Inertia (CI) supplants the force of the Big Bang as a force that counteracts gravity as a requirement for cosmic structure.

How is the behavior of Cosmic Inertia best described? How does it compare or contrast with traditional inertia? Why does it oppose gravity, and not Fundamental Force itself?

How does it compare or contrast with traditional inertia?Inertia, as described by Newton, well before almost anything was know that might be considered as Cosmology, is not a force; as, it is without acceleration. Cosmic Inertia has all the properties conventionally ascribed to Cosmic gravitational phenomenon (including acceleration) except that its source is the infinite rather than the infinitesimal; and, its direction is opposite to that of the Cosmic gravitational phenomenon.

Acting from the infinite is certainly no more unusual than acting from the infinetesimal.

Why does it oppose gravity, and not Fundamental Force itself?Gravity is an amalgum of complex forces that are far from being a fundamental force. Cosmic Inertia is the reactive force to the compression of Cosmic gravitational phenomenon that is referred to as Relative, Hierarchic Compression (www.CQthus.com/PT/RHC) (RHC).
