The answer is TRUE

You need to do two things:

1.) Verify it's a unit vector
2.) Notice<-3,-3,-12> is 3*<-1,-1,-4> which is clearly pointing in the opposite direction of <1,1,4>, and thus in the opposite direction of the vector you posted
