Hello!

I'm curious as to the content, tone, and tenor of your post regarding Moving Dimensions Theory.

What do you think regarding the logic and reason of Moving Dimensions Theory? That would be fun to discuss, and I will look forward to your specific questions/reflections on MDT.

Let's discuss MDT.

All too often, powerful forces politicize the debate regardingthe future of physics with personal attacks and death threats. Millions of dollars are on the line, and as String Thoery is an untestable mythology, String Theorist's have to resort to drastic measures to oppose MDT.

On page 227 of Peter Woit's NOT EVEN WRONG: The Failure of String Theory and the Search for Physical Law, Dr. woit describes death threats from Harvard String theorists:

'... some superstring theorists have chosen to attack me personally [via the Not Even Wrong weblog comments section] ... One of the more excitable of such superstring theorists, a Harvard faculty member, [commented] that those who criticised the funding of superstring theory were terrorists who deserved to be eliminated by the United States military.'

"The weblog includes a comment section ... One of the more excitable ... superstring theorists, a Harvard faculty member, used this comment section to express the opinion that those who criticised the funding of superstring theory were terrorists who deserved to be eliminated by the United States military. I'm afraid he seemed to be serious ...' (page 227)

Let's begin anew today by discussing the logic, beauty, and reason powering MDT. Let's talk about how MDT unifies quantum mechanics, relativity, and statistical mechanics with its simple postulate.

What might your questions regarding MDT be?

I'll be happy to answer them.

Hello Friends,

Part of the problem of advancing MDT is that there is an entrenched bureaucracy in place that issues death threats instead of performing science, so as to keep the cash flowing into their coffers.

Harvard Faculty member Lubos Motl counters an honest critic of String Theory with,

http://www.math.columbia.edu/~woit/wordpress/?p=123
"Of course that I think that Oakley's comments about funding of these amazing projects are horrible. It's an approach of a totally uniformed terrorist. People like Oakley should be dealt with by the US soldiers with the gun - and I am sort of ashamed to waste my time with such immoral idiots."

Lubos Motl is a colleague of Lisa Randall's at Harvard, and Lisa has never distanced herself from Lubos's murderous statement. This is because Lubos supports her highly-speculative book on String Theroy, which makes no sense and is not science--Warped Passages.

So please try to understand what I have been dealing with for the past ten years. I will continue to do my best to characterize the bureaucratic groupthink attitude that opposed the simple elegance and beauty of MDT, as it is my duty to follow Truth wherever it leads.

And I look forward to the day when Lisa, or someone at Harvard, issues a statement castigating Lubos's death-filled statements, for such language has no place in science, no matter how much money is at stake for supporting String Theory's hand-waving mysticism and tyranny.

The Randall-Motl conjecture is "aging string theorists must recruit useful idiots to issue death threats, so as to bolster their aging, failed bureaucracy; which has replaced science with string theory--a paradigm so powerful that it has banished asking fundamental questions in the realm of physics, and granted tenure to thousands for sacrificing their curiosity, common sense, and skepticism on the altar of string theory."

Hello Friends,

Both Dr. Smolin and Dr. Woit describe in detail the vast arrogance of String Theorists which has ground physics to a halt.

Conduct a search "String Theory" on nsf.gov, and one will witness the following:
http://nsf.gov/awardsearch/afSearch.do?SearchType=afSearch&page=4&QueryText=string+theory&PIFirstName=&PILastName=&PIInstitution=&PIState=&PIZip=&PICountry=&ProgOrganization=&ProgOfficer=&ProgEleCode=&BooleanElement=false&ProgRefCode=&BooleanRef=false&ProgProgram=&ProgFoaCode=&OriginalAwardDateOperator=After&OriginalAwardDateFrom=01%2F01%2F1970&OriginalAwardDateTo=&StartDateOperator=&StartDateFrom=&StartDateTo=&ExpDateOperator=&ExpDateFrom=&ExpDateTo=&AwardNumberOperator=&AwardNumberFrom=&AwardNumberTo=&AwardAmount=&AwardInstrument=&Search=Search#results

Then conduct a search on "Moving Dimensions Theory."

As you can see, String Theory has received tens of millions of dollars, and MDT nothing.

What you must also realize is that the tens of millions of dollars that have gone into String Theory have been matched by tax and tuition dollars, resources and office space, coffee and donuts at all these institutions.

Add to this that not one string theorist--neither Ed Witten, nor Brian Greene, nor Lisa Randall, nor Lenny Susskind--has ever publicly come out against Lubos's death threats directed towards critics of string theory, and one quickly sees that the indie physicist is up against a vast government bureuacracy that calls upon US soldiers to punish critics. Brian Greene received millions from NSF for his PBS mini-series, which has done nothing to advance science.

So it is that in additional to the normal opposition to new ideas, MDT must face the giant bureuacratic matrix that has banned new ideas and progress in physics.

I'd be happy to answer any questions regarding this, and as always, I'd be happy to discuss MDT's finer points.
