Could someone please help me calculate the forces produced in the following system? It's been several years since my last physics course.

Object 1 is a cylindrical iron core solenoid (I'm assuming a permeability of ~ 200) with a turn density of 2000 turns per meter and a current of 3 amps.

Object 2 is the plunger (or armature) for the solenoid, which is a cylindrical N45 neodymium magnet (I'm assuming something like 13,000 gauss) with a diameter of 3/16" and a length of 1/2". I believe the magnet will pull approx. 9 pounds.

So, what is the force in pounds that pulls the plunger into the solenoid? Did I leave out any data?
