I didint do much math in highschool and my only college education has been EMT and paramedic training. My question is, id like to start taking math, starting with trigonometry and working my way up through linear algebra, for no reason other than im just interested in the subject. Im not looking for a degree, so id likely be taking 1 class at a time, learning the material and maybe later down the road apply that towards a degree.

What options do i have? i could sign up for online classes at ASU but i like being in a classroom and listening to lectures. The only problem is I work as a firefighter, 10 days a month, but the schedule rotates so i would have to miss certain classes.

Is it possible to take math classes specifically without being enrolled in some kind of degree program at a university? providing i meet the pre requisites for each course

If you're working full time, consider taking only 1-3 classes how can you do that?

Lot of online tutoring services are available now a days. You can take session whenever you want. This may help you review all topics in math. You can learn right from your home through computer and internet.:)
