Dictatorship of Philosophy of Harmony as Worldwide Political Ideology
Living creatures can be broadly divided into:
1) Nihilist (derived from the word nothing), who does not recognize any value, truth, does not believe that life has a purpose and often end up committing suicide.
2) Opportunists (derived from the word opportunity or benefit), who accept a single value, which are tangible benefits. Then they are adding to them, who may to them for the moment to offer the most tangible benefits, in addition they do not recognize the truth. Regarding personal beliefs or opinions, so they are sophists, Then they proclaim such a view that bring to them the most tangible benefits, regardless of their veracity. They do not believe, often based on their life experience, that life has some other way than this opportunism.
3) Idealist (derived from the word perfect situation), who recognizes the value, truth or the fact that they take as their point of view and they are trying to find it and to live according to it. They believe that the life has a purpose for all and they are trying to look for it.
It should be noted that nobody is born as a nihilist or an opportunist, but they become them according to the extent of their sinking in life, if they fail as an idealist, who everyone is from his or her birth. Furthermore, it can not often be recognized an opportunist on one side from the idealists, or nihilist, on the other hand, it follows from the above mentioned definition of opportunists who add to everyone who offers them the greatest tangible benefits. Idealism, opportunism and nihilism in our world without any visible purpose or starting point is the way to the madhouse, then to the mental disorder, but only an idealist can remain at the same time happy, because he or she still believes and is looking for a way out of our lives.
Idealist often lives in self-delusion, they think that they have a way of life of all living creatures, but in reality they have not. The revelation of the self-deception is going on its contradictions with their lives, it is often the work of the above mentioned opportunists and nihilists, resulting in the sinking of a life of an idealist and in the loss of his or her ideals and he or she becomes an opportunist or a nihilist.
True basis for all life also has a tangible form it is not therefore only a starting point or a purpose for a particular idealist (not his or her self-deception), but it can also offer the most tangible benefits for all opportunists, and also to convince all nihilists. This is the Holy Grail, which from time immemorial is unsuccessfully looked for by all the idealists, provided they do not shipwreck in principle and they do not become nihilists or opportunists.
Now I think I have found the true basis for all life in my Philosophy of Harmony or Balance, which, however, shows up only when it offers the greatest tangible benefits ie a way of life for all living creatures, and when it joins all, not the ruling only living creatures in a just society.

My philosophy as a political platform for all the today's world as improvement to existing democracy contains a single point:
This is the implementation of a taxation of meat in a democratically agreed level (see topic on the web page: filosofie.cz/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1129).
The main purpose of this law would be to refer to the inalienable value of the life of every living creature in nature, where the nearest living ceratures ie animals, which also feel pain as a man, should be protected not only by the current laws, which are often toothless, about the prohibition of torture and about the humane killing of animals, but also by this meat taxes. At the same time it could be fulfilled with higher rates of tax for each species other purposes of this Act on the meat tax, ie to prefer the killing of the least evolutional developed animals such as fish and birds rather than mammals, etc., because they have less perfect brain, as a result they feel less pain and they are less suffering by their death. Another purpose of this Act would be to allow to herbicarnivorous and carnivores to eat meat in the above-mentioned cases of absolute necessity. A side benefit of this Act on meat Tax would be a tax yield for the Treasury. By law, the exceptions in the form of tax breaks should exist for people, who must eat more meat for health reasons.
According to me this causes a gradual concentration of all opportunists, idealists and nihilists in a just society that is able to offer the most tangible benefits for all individuals (see above).
Tangible evidence of providing the greatest tangible benefits for every living creature should be the still increasing satisfaction of everyone with the state of the society, which would establish a tax on meat. This increased satisfaction can be tangibly identified by a true recurrent sociological survey or questionnaire in this society.
At the same time, I am aware that the greatest tangible benefits for every living creature as a prerequisite for my above-mentioned just society can not be reduced solely to recent increases in material resources of each individual, regarding the total limited quantity of resources in things. Where the attainment of the limit situation (the Pareto optima, see the web page: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pareto_efficiency) is, the increase of well-being in material things of a certain individual in society means always a decrease of well-being in material things of another individual or individuals in society. Ever increasing satisfaction of all individuals in society investigated with above-mentioned true regular sociological surveys may also have a spiritual cause or source (such as happiness, love, health, parenthood, etc.), however, according to my Philosophy of Harmony it has also material nature, although they are not mere material things.
In the rest, so a general command to any living creature, that they must cause the minimum of death and pain of living creatures (including himself or herself), it can not be enacted and enforced by state, because the compliance with this command always depends on the particular situation (it is the relative order).

Tax on meat and dictatorship or totalitarianism
I do not hold the view that the only fair organizing society is the democracy. According to me the best certain form of social order is determined by the level of crime in the society, the peace in society (* Pax Romana), where there is plenty of killing or crime, it can often be provided better by dictatorship or totalitarianism than by unoperational democracy.
There are societies which, because of the dangerousness of its members one another, require dictatorship or totalitarianism instead of democracy, where only a dictator can ensure the highest degree of relative safety to its members. In such a society after the end of the dictatorship an enlightened dictator can not be condemned, when he has acted and did not exceed the limits of legitimate self-defense and extreme emergency, also it must be attributed to the enlightened dictator as a mitigating circumstance that he has provided security in society. At the same time it is not possible to keep the dictatorship if the danger of legitimate self-defense and extreme emergencies ceases to exist in the society and the members of society are so civilized so they are no longer dangerous to each other. In this case, a reasonable dictator should resign and hand over power and participate in society such as democracy.
As according to my Philosophy of Harmony is the aggressiveness of members of society especially given by the way of the meals (see Bibliography at the end of this text, **the Philosophy of Haromony, Chapter: Summary, section: Substance of evolution), the enlightened dictator should also establish in his or her society the tax on meat, which in my opinion advances the civilization of members of dictatorial or totalitarian society, and finally its transition to democracy, respectively the association of all, not their rulers only, members in the just society (see above).

Pax Romana (Latin for "Roman peace") was the long period of relative peace and minimal expansion by military force experienced by the Roman Empire in the first and second centuries AD. Since it was established by the Caesar Augustus it is sometimes called Pax Augusta. Its timing was approximately 207 years (28 BC to 180 AD).
