Like who cares about this.

A Tesla's globe does better than Ben Franklin's point.

So what's new.

Well I just saw the DVD about Tesla, with Orsen Wells as JP Morgan,
as he conducted experiments at Colorado Springs.

Well Tesla was always making lightning, the longest man made lightning was
with ac so what about nature.

No, it's not. Unless I'm mistaken :)

Uhmmmm, from what (I) have seen, on television Science Shows, they have demonstrated/shown (by Special Photography) the Positive Charge from the Ground 'reaching upwards' (A long 'Spark' sorta) towards the Negative Charge in the Atmosphere.

Does that help?

if lightning isn't a direct or alternating current, then what is it?

Lightning is a series of high energy pulses, not a direct current having zero frequency.

I hope this helps!
