Default Spam guard?

Ok, I notice most of the spam falls in the physics forum. I hypothesize this is not a coincidence, because it's the topmost board of the second forum, which is traditionally the first forum after the admin stuff, and thus usually the most popular. We need a spam board directly above this to suck in all the excess spam

Unfortunately, such is not the case.

About five of the most popular areas get about 90% of the spam. However, the more crafty spammers post in all the nooks and crannies and use ingenious subterfuge.

PMF can do as some forums and scan all posts prior to submitting to all Viewers. Obviously, this requires a lot of manpower and delays.

As the popularity of the site and various threads increases the spam also seems to increase.

The removal is tedious and done quite often. Spammers and phishers post often and almost every hour around the clock. The alternative is a delay in members' posts.

I encourage comment.
