Default Question is it possible Nuclear Physics govern Newtonian Physics

This question has preplexed me. Part of me says it is true. Lets look at energy it is govern by nuclear physics and so i ask is rigid bodies and machines govern by nuclear physics just as they are govern by Newtonian Physics.

Default Neither energy nor machines are governed by theoretical concepts.

Neither energy nor machines are governed by theoretical concepts of "nuclear physics" or "Newtonian Physics."

Theoretical concepts do not govern; they are an attempt to explain the actions of phenomena such as energy and machines that are governed by Laws of Nature.

Regarding your signature:
I don't believe that it is possible to "understand the universe from" both, or in the same manner as, "a Christian and Scientific standpoint"; as Christianity is usually defined, it is a religion that is based upon faith; such faith is the antipathy of a "Scientific standpoint."
