Default 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8

The integers one through eight (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8)
can be found within the structural parts of an ellipse of any shape.

What is the value of the perigee and focal length of such an ellipse?
